- Responsible for on-going support, data analysis, and training inter-company
users on a newly implemented system, INFOR Global Solutions; Visual Enterprise,
Visual Financials, and Visual Supply Chain Planning. Serve as point of contact
between vendor and users to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
- Add and maintain security access for all users in both Visual Manufacturing
and Visual Financials ensuring control over system access.
- Designed and coded a comprehensive suite of Crystal Reports for the
manufacturing, inventory, sales and accounting departments. Reports are
distributed to all levels of personnel, including upper management. Developed
method that allows users to produce reports on demand.
- Solely responsible for the maintenance of the Configurator software interface
to Visual Enterprise and Visual Supply Chain Planning, a critical order entry
link for manufacturing with an uptime of 98%.
- Developed a Microsoft Access process for merging data that improved ease of
use and accuracy of report data. The new process reduced the 8 hour process into
1.5 hours.
- Installed and support Bar Code label software, BarTender, for the use with
Zebra label printers. Trained users to create an assortment of labels used in
Shipping.
- Respond to diverse and at times, urgent requests for systems technical support
