I have been a field service Rep. for 15+ years, working as a satellite company
for a Co. out of Sweden. Duties included:
1. Installed purchased equipment
2. Provided classes on the operation and maintance for the equipment.
3. set up all appointments
4. invoiced for said appointments
5. Inventory control
6. Made sure the customer was always happy before I left.
7. All aspects of a field service / customer service Rep.

I am very familiar with MS office.
Associates Degre in Applied Science obtained in 1995 at Eastern Maine Community
College in Bangor Maine.
