TECHNICAL SKILLS

Plant Maintenance: Maintain plant equipment in accordance with vendors
recommended preventative maintenance programs, as per outlined. Follow ups were
created by equipment operating time review and scheduling was modified to
accommodate this. Analysis of PDM data was implemented to schedule overhauls of
chillers and boilers before equipment PM 's become critical repairs. I utilized
Maximo to schedule downtime with production scheduling, while scheduling labor
and contractors, if needed, to get he work accomplished on time. This was very
hard to do in a 7/24 environment if at all.

Inventory Management:
Inventory was managed in to ways. The small parts were managed through VMI,
while the more expensive parts were managed through ABC. Warehousing was done
through storeroom creation and parts were stored trade classification. Maximo was
utilized and AB inventory parts were added as assets. Critical parts were also
inputted as assets due to the critical plant need to operate in the event they
were not available while there was a failure.
