Conducted advanced product development and process engineering of galvanized and
galvanealed high strength low alloy as well as dual-phased materials for future
model cars during soft tool, hard tool, plant launch, to system-fill through all
stamping production. 
 *  Participated with customer program teams of car platforms from early stages
of development through launch processes using FEA and other simulation
techniques. Provided manufacturing direction and stamping feasibility on new
product formability designs. Approved and recommended product formability
requirements that delivered capable processes and tools for stamping operations.
Performed and recommended significant process and product improvement projects
with the customers during launch programs of new automotive products. Presented

activities of workers engaged in testing of samples that determined if
