headquarter and 30+ remote branch sites to track patient registration, services

Coordinated Clozaril patient data entry into National Registry for drug
manufacturer, Sandoz, and administered related billing.

	Contributed to department’s receipt of Baxter quality award by working
with two other staff members and two outside consultants to develop automated
portion of patient management system.
	Reduced response time on-line processing for remote locations from 20
minutes to one minute by recommending direct access with corporate versus remote
MicroVAX’s.
	Recovered nearly $9 million in lost data investigating cause, and
writing and running program to capture missing data within minimum amount of
