running on time, reboot servers and cycle services on and off.
	Gathered requirements and developed multiple reports for end users.
	Developed and maintained Access application used to capture report met
adata.
	Used Tivoli to track Change Management requests.
	Wrote multiple reports querying Tivoli data bases used to analyze the
Change Management process.
	Extended the functionality of VB6 erver addin to include:
