GM customer database and provide CRM services to GM by running campaigns. BA is
tasked to gather requirements from the GM CRM leads and other GM Performing
Suppliers (Steak Holders), document requirements and provide feedback to Acxiom
developers to make updates to the database. 
Responsibilities:
