EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I have 28 years in Software Development which included unit and integration
testing and 5+ years in software testing and Quality Assurance. I created a
whole automated test suite involving hundreds of test cases using Mercury (now HP
QTP) WinRunner and Test Director and executed the tests and reported the results.
I am familiar with several development methodologies including Object Oriented
Programming, data modeling, and Agile techniques. I am an expert C programmer
and am familiar with C++ and Java. I have held team lead positions and work well
either individually or as a team member. I enjoy mentoring others in best
practices in development and quality assurance. I have supervised offshore and
onshore QA personnel.
I know HTML and am familiar with CSS, XML, JavaScript, Perl, and so on. I am
expert at testing for functionality, stress, performance, regression, and user
acceptance (UAT). I have decades of Unix and Windows experience. I can read and
write complex SQL queries involving very large databases. I have experience in
the Healthcare and Automotive fields among others.

· Created the network protocols (roughly layers 2, 3, and 4) for ADP’s
proprietary network (similar to but independent of Arpanet). Personally
completely redesigned the routing protocol to support networks of arbitrary
connectivity (ie. any web not just tree topology). Also personally designed the
expansion from 1 byte to 2 byte network addresses. Also was the primary
architect of end-to-end guaranteed delivery (~TCP). Many other projects as
well.
