Designed and implemented a web-based application, which allows performance peer
evaluations, in terms of efficiency and interaction of their members.. The survey
was administered via Web, and could be finished by the user in different
sessions. A database stored answers and questions to reuse questions or even
complete surveys for different occasions.

•	Develop a Web-based system with access restrictions validating against users
information in underlying Database and using Java Beans for session control.
