Business Experience:
	Key Examples
o	Directed the evolution of a small struggling FM station     to become #1 in
its market; produced, hosted #1 rated FM program in Detroit market
o	Lead the Creative Team in the first mass use of video disc for educational
purposes
o	Lead the Creative Team in what has come to be known as an “immersion
institute” for in-depth product training (automotive)
o	Co-architected a major Customer Relationship Management process on behalf of a
leading General Motors car and truck division.
o	Most recently, over the past three-years, have acted as “cold caller,” for a
spin-off of the above process targeted at non-automotive clients; successfully
