of Simulation Manager application for the web. Installed, configured and
administered iPlanet 6 development web server. Created virtual web-servers
for each developer on the team. Set up and administered ClearCase
environment for development team for work with Java. Wrote IMAKE targets
for compiling with Java. Wrote build scripts, i.e., creation of war file
appropriate for WebSphere 5 and iPlanet 6. Developed Logical and Physical
(Job History/Static) database design. Developed collection and parsing
scripts using AWK/NAWK, PERL, and shell scripting for loading the static
database. Designed and implemented custom/configurable tabbed menu for
application/site using JavaScript/HTML/CSS. Designed and coded all
database administration classes/servlets with Java 1.2 and Refection.
Added encryption to site through the use of the JCE extensions. Developed
client/server(daemon) in Perl 5 and Java for inter-server communications.
This allowed a job to be submitted (under the user's userid) to various
batch/clustering software/systems in the Ford HPC environment. Wrote
several signed applets for doing work on the users workstation (PC/UNIX).
SHORT TERM ANALYSIS STORAGE HIERARCHY (STASH)
Developed Managed Area Browser using Java/JavaScript/JSP/Servlets and HTML
which allows a user to locate/query (tree and column view) result files
stored in the STASH NAS/SAN area. Developed servlets, JSP's, and required
classes to integrate management of files, i.e., Deletion, moving to local
workstation, uploading to long term storage area, etc.

switch engineer/project manager. Responsible for the design and
administration of data collection/storage and display systems. Developed
client-server Customer Care application which allowed Customer Care
Representatives to obtain "up to the minute" cellular call statistics,
i.e., dropped calls, noise, echo, etc. This allowed the allowed Customer
Care Representative to respond to (validate) customer complaints while
they have the customer on the line. Designed Call Statistics Database
(Sybase 11, logical and physical). Wrote data collection scripts/parsers
(using Perl, nawk, sh, etc) which downloaded stats from all cell sites in
the network and loaded tables in the Call Statistics Database. Wrote cron
jobs for daily/hourly updates to the database. Independently developed a
client- server application allowing for the automated collection, parsing,
