• Develop conversion programs and methodologies to transform existing resort and
reservation data into new database structures. Analyze existing source data and
work with Data Architect using ERStudio to interpret the physical and logical
data models. Data is stored in DB2 on AS/400.

I.T. Lead Developer/Analyst
• Lead the technical migration of all software and processing from an IBM
mainframe environment to a UNIX platform utilizing Oracle databases. Analyzed
existing source data and worked with Data Base Administrators (DBA) using
ERStudio to develop the physical and logical data models. Created SQL Load
scripts to load data into Data Marts.
• Developed Informatica ETL Mappings to migrate data from mainframe and flat
file applications to Oracle applications. Files were loaded to various data
stores and ultimately the Operational Data Store. The total storage space of the
Master Data Warehouse exceeded 13 petabytes.

Lead Systems Analyst, Call Center / Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems
• Responsible for the implementation of a new call center infrastructure for the
Detroit Headquarters relocation including vendor selection, system design through
to implementation. Requirements include connectivity to multiple global call
centers.
• Researched the use of internet, e-mail, and fax capabilities within the call
centers to provide alternative methods of customer communication. It was later
decided to not expand to these functions as it became cost prohibitive.
• Responsible for the design, development and on-going support of Call Center
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications and the progression to an expanded
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system featuring web, e-mail and voice
functionality. Utilized CTI interfaces to legacy mainframe systems to route
calls to 300 agents nationwide employing remote ACD technology.
• Conduct all user design and interface meetings as well as presenting new
products and solutions to customers.
• Designed, developed and implemented a new voice system enabling professional
staff employees to call and enter assignment information interfacing to legacy
systems. This system provided new reporting which resulted in the elimination of
two full-time positions contributing to significant cost savings and quicker
turnaround.
• Planned, designed and implemented replacement Help Desk application utilizing
ACD functionality to facilitate call queuing.
• Maintained and enhanced Human Resource IVR application to allow employees to
choose benefit elections as well as to review their current selections. This
application interfaced to the corporate Human Resource Oracle based system
significantly reducing live agent telephone inquiries and eliminated manual
paperwork processes.
• Responsible for the configuration of Windows NT IVR server hardware, Dialogic
telephony boards, and Parity VOS development software. Designed their
connectivity to NEC 2400 PBX and ACD systems, IBM OS/390 legacy applications,
Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Team Lead for ACD and IVR implementations for Compuware’s Detroit Headquarters

to ABN AMRO common systems as a result of the bank’s acquisition. Analyzed

efforts between multiple banks and vendors.
• Served as Team Leader for conversion of in-house Wire Transfer system to a
common ABN AMRO system.

performing conversion tasks of these systems.
