Infosol Inc. 08/01 – present. Senior Technical Consultant (unless otherwise
stated).

·	Developing a source code analysis tool using Flex3 and XML files, Actionscript
3.0, and VB visual studio 2008. Writing Flex 3 components for Xcelsius.
·	July 2003- July 2007. Michigan State, DIT. Senior Lead Analyst for EBT
project. Assisted in production of Detail Design document (business rules) from
user statement of requirement for EBT (Electronic Benefits Card) for the WIC
(Women Infant Child) program. Wrote subsequent program specifications. Assigned
and reviewed work of up to 4 programming team members. Participated in system
testing using mirrors of live data, and in UAT for signoff at completion and
implementation of project.
·	Assisted in the migration of GCOS7 for BULL 7000 clients, programs, source,
data files, JCL to PC thin client server based using AcuCobol, MicroFocus Net
Express. Assisted in the scope analysis and the subsequent data and JCL transfer
and conversion, and COBOL source conversion to MicroFocus Net Express COBOL.
·	Maintenance and development of Court Scheduling system for City of Galveston,
Texas, in VB 6.
·	Maintenance and development for Parking Ticket Collection system for City of
Yonkers, New York, in VB 6.
·	Maintenance and support for BULL GCOS COBOL systems that have been migrated to
the client server PC based model.

Bluegrass Technology Inc 1998 – present. Part time Senior Consultant (remote)  

·	Currently working on conversion of financial application written in AcuCobol
to Visual Basic 6, Server 2005, and Crystal Reports using SQL stored procedures
and views.
·	Under development – Warehouse management application for MS Mobile Phone 5.0

·	Developed applications for the Palm OS, for Palm and Symbol scanning devices,
for field services - work order (including IR printing invoices for time and
materials), warehouse management , and time entry.

·	Performing maintenance of production financial and distribution application of
DPS7000 GCOS, for Eggo Waffles and Lender Bagels, as Kellogg’s prepared to
convert to SAP for their primary supply chain management functions.

Ashland Chemical Drew Division 05/96 – 03/97 Mainframe applications developer

·	Consultant, providing support on DPS8000 for GCOS 8 DMIV IDS II COBOL batch
and online applications – billing, sales, invoicing. Interfacing with end-users
to analyze problems and provide solutions for requested changes as they converted
to AS400.

New York State Higher Education 10/90 – 05/96 Lead Analyst, and  Mainframe
Applications Developer

·	Consultant Lead Analyst. Developed Detail Design document and subsequent
program specifications a new student loan product. Assisted in system testing for
the product, UAT and subsequent implementation.
·	Consultant applications developer to convert batch loans system to DPS8000
DMIV IDS II TP8 on-line.

Anglican Water (UK) 01/90 – 09/90

·	Lead Analyst. Designed specifications for PACBASE DMIV billing and accounting
module, produce program specifications, and participated in subsequent system
testing.

BULL HN Ltd (UK) 07/88 – 12/89

·	Lead Analyst. Co-author of  System Test specifications document, developed
using PACBASE, from user statement of requirements. Participated in the
subsequent system testing process.

Yorkshire Building Society (UK) 01/88 – 06/88

·	Analyst programmer for new loan product, GCOS 7, DMIV TP COBOL. Coded and unit
tested online COBOL TPRs 

Advest Inc 12/86 – 12/87

·	Project leader for design and implementation of a document recording system
with a GCOS 8 DMIV COBOL front end. Responsible for assigning work up to 3
programmers. Wrote specifications, and code, and participated in the UAT and
subsequent implementation. 

Deloitte Haskins & Sells 07/86 – 11/86 

·	Analyst programmer, financial, maintenance and development of GCOS 9 DMIV
TPRs, COBOL.

Blue Cross Blue Shield 09/85 – 06/86

·	Assistant project leader, assistant DBA, for large scale migration IDS I to
IDS II. Assisted DBA in maintenance of existing IDS I databases, and development
of IDS II databases. Deployed a bridge to support ongoing production systems
while migration took place. 

Compugraphic Inc 12/84 – 08/85

·	Analyst programmer. Coded and unit testing COBOL DMIV TPRs for a large product
leasing system.

Before this time, experience was mostly gained as a mainframe COBOL programmer
on IBM machines.
