claims; ensure proper allocations to patient and insurance company.

enhance quality of healthcare for patient. Interact with cardiac staff to
monitor implant via home land line. Interact with medical office personnel to
oversee procurement of equipment and supplies. Serve as Liaison between General
Manager, Board of Directors, Executive staff, support staff, and public. Attend
bid opening meetings in the absence of Manager and Officer of Contract
Compliance. Provide instruction to the public in completion of applications.
EDITING, TYPING: Independently, type, edit, proofread, and distribute routine
inter-office correspondence; staff meeting memos, Board meeting notices. Prepare
Board meeting notice to the public. Transcribe, edit, and proofread Board
meeting minutes, submit to Board for approval. Transcribe and edit documents
from handwritten drafts and electronic dictation. Collect, edit, and proofread
staff submissions for Board meetings.
DATA MANAGEMENT, OFFICE EQUIPMENT: Compile and extract data from four hundred
file folders, convert into an information and resource database. Perform data
entry tasks to create and maintain database, generate reports. Use of
typewriter, personal computer, telephone, copier, fax, court reporting dictation
and transcription equipment. Type 70-85 wpm. Use of Windows Microsoft Word
software applications.
