Research Assistant
SUDA2 is the old algorithm finding the unique itemsets in microarray data. This
research focuses on new algorithm finding unfrequent itemsets and improves it
into parallel environment.
Currently, based on SUDA2 algorithm, a new algorithm, called Minit, applies a
new approach to find minimum infrequent itemsets. Moving Minit from serial
version to parallel version reduces a lot of running time.
