two other countries, and extended materials for distribution to customers in

instance. Worked with finance lead on automating the inter-company billing
through IDOC 's.

* Responsible for implementing the MM & WM modules (SAP ECC 6.0) for a
manufacturing and distribution company. We converted the Master Data from MASS
500 running on a AS400 computer. This included Purchasing, Receiving, and
Warehouse Management. The company procures from both domestic and foreign (China)
Vendors. They are electronically transmitted via EDI, and then the Advanced Ship
Notices are entered via Inbound Deliveries by the Asia Pacific team. The
shipments are coordinated with a freight forwarding company, and then put in
containers. The shipments proceed to 3rd Party Logistic companies, where they are
received, and unloaded. There is also Vendor Managed Inventory which is consumed,
and the vendor paid at the end of month. We used standard SAP Purchase Orders,
Scheduling Agreements, and Stock Transport Orders for cross-company transfers.
The Warehouse Management application included manual putaway, fixed bin picking,
and replenishment in one warehouse, and system directed put away, directed
picking, pull lists, and replenishment in the other. Cycle Counting was also
implemented in both company run warehouses.

* Assisted in the first North American SAP IS Retail 2005 (ECC 6.0) conversion
from an AS400 system. I was responsible for the Requirements gathering,
Blueprint, and Functional design specifications, and implementation of SAP for
the Purchasing To Pay team (P2P), and Inventory Management Modules, and all
configuration relating to the movement of materials within the Supply Chain. This
included EDI with Vendors, sending Purchase Orders, receiving ASN 's via EDI,
creating inbound deliveries, and then allocating to the store based upon the
Inbound Delivery. Stock Transport Orders were create to re-stock stores based
upon a merchandise assortment. There was integration with PKMS, CRS, Lawson
Financials, and NSB legacy systems. Coordinated with the other modules, including
Article Master, Allocations and Replenishment, and Merchandise Assortment
Planning. Helped coordinate with the client business process owners and the
remainder of the consultant groups. Key participant in the testing and
implementation of the final solution. Wrote Functional Design Specifications for
12 interfaces, taking them through development, and testing into implementation,
and post implementation support. Responsible for release 2 enhancements * full
life cycle.

* Directed Irrigation Division and Agricultural Division efforts to convert
from an IBM COPICS Mainframe and AS400 application systems to SAP in our
manufacturing plant and Distribution Center. This included all purchasing
functions, supplier evaluations, receiving, put away, picking, shipping, and
replenishment.
* Assisted in conversion from an AS400 ManMan system at a new company Toro
bought in England to SAP 4.6c using TUP (Toro Unified Process) methodology. I was
responsible for purchasing, and inventory management including 8 RF transactions
which included As-Is and To-Be Activity Diagrams, writing the program
specifications, integrating with other modules, coordination with Peak
Technologies consultants, testing and implementation.
* Responsible for implementing SAP WM in our Italy Distribution Center also
using RUP and Activity Diagrams.
* Assisted in implementing SAP WM in our Plymouth parts distribution center
that is 400,000 sq. ft., and contains over 93,000 materials. The peak volume is
over 17,000 lines per day. This included designing 12 RF transactions to be used
on SAP Console for picking, receiving, put away, cycle counting, customer
returns, bin to bin moves, and label printing.
* Assisted in the Riverside manufacturing transition to El Paso Texas and
Juarez Mexico. This included data mapping, setting up the systems, training the
users, and transitioning the business processes that support manufacturing.
* Configured, tested, documented, and implemented WM, SD, and IM modules of
SAP 3.1H in four Distribution Centers, using Activity Diagrams to document the
As-Is and To-Be process flows, and train the users.
* Assisted in bringing up Kmart Australia on EDI for trading purposes,
including mapping 3 new transactions * P.O. change, Recipient Tax Created
Invoice, and Receipt Acknowledgements.
* Assisted in the implementation of a Radio Frequency Shipping system from the
U.S. to Mexico, including an interface to Mexican customs system called Pryzma.
* Responsible for the upgrade from SAP 3.1H to 4.6C in four plants, and five
distribution centers, including testing, & training, and post implementation
support.
* Responsible for providing production support for Purchasing, Planning,
