Being involved in a business or company, working my hardest engaging in their
needs, and making sure they are met is my goal.  Numbers, math, and problem
solving has always been appealing to me.  
Working on computers and the internet motivates and interests me.

Qualifications:
Responsibility and dedication are many times overlapped; I am punctual and able
to meet deadlines.  Meeting deadlines can sometimes be challenging, I work well
under pressure and love to be challenged.  Being excited hardly describes how I
feel about working, especially on the computer and internet.  I can work well on
my own, take the responsibility or work well with others.  Communication is an
important ability when working with others.  I am willing to listen and share
viewpoints.

Throughout my sophomore and junior year at Kimball High School, I was in college
classes.  Taking chemistry my sophomore year and college algebra & trigonometry
my junior year.

I attended classes at the St. Cloud Technical College my senior year of high
school, as a full-time college student.  I continued at the St. Cloud Technical
College throughout the next year.  My program was accounting, I graduated with an
AAS degree.

Working for American Time & Signal as the receptionist/Accounts Payable has been
a great and enjoyable experience.  Being involved in answering the phones and
speaking with customers/ vendors helping them get the information they needed was
a very rewarding part of my job.  Seeing all the smiling faces of our visitors,
carrying on conversations was a nice part of my day.  What I really loved about
working for American Time & Signal was all the accounting and book work I got to
do.  I was involved with accounts payable (paying bills and speaking with vendors
when we had discrepancies), monthly and yearly accounting reports and financial
statements, and many other receptionist duties.   I am proud that I set up a
paperless AP system for ATS that was very successful and we are currently still
using.

Interning at Pleasureland RV Center as an accountant was a great experience.  I
started at Pleasureland RV Center when I was in my last semester at the St. Cloud
Technical College.  Working as an intern I got to be involved in many different
areas such as; accounts receivable, accounts payable (paying bills and speaking
with vendors when we had discrepancies), taxes (preparing and paying state taxes
each month), warranties, sublets, inventory, reconciling the tills (each day for
three different store locations), and licensing motor vehicles (in many different
states).
