training needs for an annuities compliance project. Designed, developed, and
delivered training materials to financial representatives for a annuities
compliance project.
Documented current state of tracking field training and created
business requirements to build a training tracking tool to use in absence of an
enterprise Learning Management System.

Led the Client, Advisor and Product Reporting Work Streams of a $24
million discretionary managed product launch and of a $12 million product
conversion.
Identified, created and updated business requirements.
Created, executed, updated and managed test plans and project plans.
Managed and worked with cross-functional teams including technology,
business areas and vendors for various client and advisor systems and
applications.
Worked with an Advisor team and Third party vendor to create an
interactive calculator for Advisors to use when preparing for investment meetings
with their clients. This included working closely with marketing and
communications in preparation for the implementation.
Reported status of the Client, Advisor and Product Reporting work
streams to project owners and senior leaders.
Worked with technology to obtain estimates for project requirements and

Led the effort with a vendor to move production data for the trading
system from an existing server to a new server.

Project/Training Manager
Led the selection of an e-Learning vendor that would introduce
e-learning to U.S. Bank, primarily focusing on the 5 service/sales call centers
and branch banking training teams.
Partnered with another project manager to select and implement a
Learning Management System to meet the learning needs of the 1,400 person call
center, as well as the enterprise.
Directed, planned and managed all required training efforts for a $40
million Siebel CRM workstation replacement project that affected 1,400 employees.
Coached a staff of trainers to identify user needs and requirements, as well as
how to implement the requirements.
Responsible for leading and participating in the marketing and
communication plans for these implementations.
Led a 24-month project to develop the e-learning curriculum. Worked
with vendor to analyze the current state of training, analyze training needs,
developed prototypes, write content for courses, and then implement within the
Learning Management System. The content was released for use across the
enterprise.
Wrote project management documents including statement of work, project
plan, issue management process, implementation plan and test plan.
Wrote business requirements, wrote and executed test cases for a best
practices learning management system.
