Objective

My objective is to obtain a position in a company that uses Linux and open
source software and or to obtain a position with an IT security company to gain
further knowledge of IT security and networking.


Summary

Internet / DTV Specialist

Trouble shooting DSL and Internet connectivity. 
Troubleshooting IPTV and Digital TV dealing with connectivity issues, blocked
ports from firewalls, routing issues dealing with IP conflicts. Trouble shooting
various Anti-Virus software and Firewall software. Responsible for putting in
Trouble Tickets when all other means have been exhausted. 


IT Specialist Ridleyinc

Provided support for over 55 locations in the US and  responsible for Ridleyinc
Head quarters. PC support included repairing laptops, desktops and printers from
line printers to wide format.
Responsible for researching new technologies and implementing when needed.
Having one on one customer support responsible for writing capital projects and
Purchase orders. Having to remote into customers pc's and laptops helping them
with a wide variety of Microsoft office suits and programs. Dealing with vendors
ordering new PC's and laptops.
