Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee customer service department, including call center, e-commerce
associates, and general customer service email representatives. This includes
hiring and training of all employees at our company.
Maintain employee records, process payroll, provide information to ADP and State
Governments regarding taxes, ID’s, etc. Design policies, procedures and training
agendas. Create bank deposits, company invoicing, process merchant transactions
manually when needed through authorize.net, provide W9’s to vendors, create
schedules, approve time off, assist in customer issues. Provide technical support
to employees, troubleshoot network issues and install new hardware/software.
Assist graphics department with designs and software questions. Work with
production to resolve printing issues or common defects.
Order all employee supplies and equipment; i.e., laptops, software, printers,
ink, headsets and the like.  Report directly to the CEO regarding policies and
procedure changes that 
will be implemented. Report directly to the CFO regarding any payroll, tax or
accounting issues.
