Co-Lead Web Developer/Software Specialist II - for Call Center Management

American Express December 2002 Present 

I have developed and maintained complex web applications relating to Asset
Management, Issue Tracking, Web Monitoring, creating images/animated gif images,
and was responsible for several phone data reporting web sites, SQL Job tracking,
SQL DTS Package execution/tracking and others. I designed, developed and maintain
over 75 applications using SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, ASP.NET, and AJAX. I
worked on teams to collaborate and develop tools using the Development Life
Cycle. 

Lead Web Developer for Global Data Center Management - Chandler, AZ 
Intel August 2000 August 2002 

I developed internal web tools for Intel using ASP, JScript, JavaScript,
VBScript, SQL, and NT Scripting. I was responsible for departments intranet site
Enterprise Asset Management Portal. I designed a complex Web Based Asset
Management Tool, using ASP, Script, and SQL that is used by over 150 employees
rolling out globally to 70,000+ employees. I was responsible for base
infrastructure of a large server environment http://www.intel.com of over 800
servers. I educated and supervised other employees when landing servers in the
environment. I created processes to keep track of both Asset and Network
information. I maintained the Cybex system, a high capacity switch used to access
the servers. I created matrix maps using ASP, Script, Visio, and SQL of the lab
environments, and added functionality to click on a cabinet and view the
contents, and further to click on one of the items shown and view its details. I
was responsible for reports to Intel regarding our department’s assets. I built
servers using Windows NT, IIS, SQL Server, and Windows 2000. I was responsible to
trouble shoot problems that may arise with any of the above items. 

Webmaster - Mesa, AZ 
Hooah Gear December 1999 - March 2001 Second Job 

As the lead technician for hardware/software I was responsible for all technical
aspects of the company. I designed a graphical layout of the web site
http://www.hooahgear.com. Redesign web site as needed. I used database
integration and programming with Aestiva’s HTML/OS. I created a shopping cart and
back end tracking system. I was responsible for the day-to-day production of
entire site using Red Hat Linux, Apache Web Server, HTML, HTML/OS, CGI, Perl, VB
Script, Frames, Forms, and Audio. I managed and implemented online banner
advertising campaigns, and coordinated the company’s Internet strategy. I trained
colleagues in basic Internet navigation, and software usage. 



Network Support Engineer - Tempe, AZ 
A.R.C. Contract /Salt River Project March 1998 - August 2000 

I was on a rollout team that upgraded hardware/software for 3000+ computers.
Software used included Windows NT, MS Office, Norton s Antivirus, Netscape,
Remote Desktop, SNA, and Rumba. I was the sole support for 250+ workstations in a
3000+ computer environment. I Created images, tested, and implemented them for
the department. I was responsible for hardware and software evaluation, testing,
installations, and troubleshooting. I developed software using Visual Basic
Including database integration, Inventory Database Tracking Program using MS
Access, Intranet web pages including database integration, NT Script files to
create automatic backups of employee files. I have additional experience with
Outlook, Dr. Solomon s Antivirus, Token Ring to Ethernet, TCP/IP to DHCP, IE, VB,
Telnet, DOS, Ghost, HTML, VB, VB Script, Home Site, Front Page, gif animators,

Network Support Engineer - Scottsdale, AZ 
Interaccess/Entex Contract MAYO CLINIC November 1997 - March 1998 

I was responsible for hardware/software trouble shooting in a 5000+ computer
environment. I was on a rollout team that converted the entire network from Token
Ring to Ethernet. On a rollout team that configured hardware/software and
replaced all computers from Compaq to Dell. I was the sole support for 250+
workstations, including punch downs in network closets and backing up of the
server each night. I developed the web site using HTML, Front Page, and Home
Site. I served on the web committee. I have additional experience with Ghost,
Extra, DHCP, TCP/IP, DOS, MS Office, and Norton Antivirus. 

Technical Support Engineer (call center) Chandler, AZ 
MCI January 1997 - September 1997 

I supported Zip, Jaz, and Ditto drives over the telephone. I was responsible for
trouble shooting all hardware and software configurations. The operating systems
included Windows NT, Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and DOS. I maintained 115 of plan
at all times. 

Technical Support Engineer (call center) - MicroAge July 1996 - January 1997 

I supported the Presario line of Compaq computers running Windows 95. I was
responsible for trouble shooting games, Internet setups, hardware installations,
and software installations. I was also the runner up in a web page contest.
