•	Analyze the needs for HRIS software improvement or customization, document
specifications, and work directly with developers to execute changes.
•	Work directly with the development team and end users to prioritize software
issues, integrations as well as new features and functionality of the software. 

•	Develop training documentation for new features and functionality as well as
provide one-on-one training to the client.
•	Responsible for quality assurance testing in both test and production
environments.
•	Assisted with conversion from a traditional web-based application to a SaaS
model.  This included requirements gathering, gap analysis, and user acceptance
