which is updated weekly and disbursed monthly.
Analyzes past and present Wireless and Teleconference Bills for
discrepancies/concerns and provides support backup documentation for billing per
contract requirements. Created the universal format for said documentation that

Prepare and disburse data for the Communications Database load for all
wireless vendors.
Provides assistance to the customer though the Remedy Incident Management
System to handle new device requests, device upgrades/cancellations, billing

Leading an effort to identify hosts of AT&T Teleconferences that incur
no-show fees every month. This effort will save the Corps more than $20K
monthly. Working closely with AT&T to cancel these recurring conferences and to
receive credit for each conference AT&T failed to cancel.

perform various functions pertaining to wireless devices. i.e. purchasing

Responsible for coordination between the customer and team to facilitate database
development, assigned tasks based on each team members skill-set, created
project timeline, provided weekly status updates to Section Lead, and performed
various production tasks.
Built 3D visual terrain databases for simulation and training using Terra
Vista software and Flight Safety Toolsets, supporting the U.S Army and the U.S.
Air Force mission requirements.
Led 3 database builds. Each build consisted of a Virtual Terrain DB in Vital 9
format, Soldier Visualization Station DB (SVS), Semi-Automated Forces DB (SAF),
Radar DB, and an Imagery DB. Wrote the Visual Database Description Document
(VDBDD) for each build. All 3 projects were completed before the delivery date,
which provided ample time for testing and modification where necessary.
Developed, enhanced, and analyzed various forms of hard copy and digital
geographical data, and then assembled this data into real-time visual databases
for flight simulation visuals and associated subsystems.
Performed data enhancements on digital geographic source information that
included precise feature plotting, extraction, compilation, modification,
classification and other cartographic and imagery support tasks using ArcGIS
tools.
Created Work Instructions for building 3D OpenFlight models, building SAF and
SVS databases, and data collection using ArcMap.
Wrote Standard Operation Procedures for SAF and SVS DB builds.
Built 3D OpenFlight models with Multigen Creator,
Utilized ERDAS Imaging to res-merge, colorize, mosaic, and manipulate
different geo-specific imagery formats.
Sole engineer responsible for testing Terrex Supervisor, a new project
