Director of Claims, senior Crawford & Co. Management, Workers’ Compensation
Attorneys, Health Care Providers, and Surveillance Personnel. Routinely present
formal recommendations for “high exposure” cases to the client’s Director of
Claims, and prepare the following weekly reports: 1) Workers’ Compensation
Claims Received, 2) Employees on Temporary Disability, and 3) Temporary
Alternative Duty Status. Prepare, annually, the Self-Insurer’s Statement of

1991 – 1995
Processed claims from initial investigation to either closing, or to a finding
of permanency. Established medical and indemnity benefits and evaluated each
claim for the possibility of medical management, vocational assistance, and/or
light duty placement. Reviewed for possible subrogation and/or second injury
fund.
