                      1995 – 2005
Directly supervised and provided continuing training for 5 Workers’ Compensation
Claims Adjusters and 1 Registered Nurse who have all been specially trained to
handle cases for a single on-site client.  Interact daily with the client’s
Director of Claims, senior Crawford & Co. Management, Workers’ Compensation
Attorneys, Health Care Providers, and Surveillance Personnel.  Routinely present
formal recommendations for “high exposure” cases to the client’s Director of
Claims, and prepare the following weekly reports:  1) Workers’ Compensation
Claims Received, 2) Employees on Temporary Disability, and 3) Temporary
Alternative Duty Status.  Prepare, annually, the Self-Insurer’s Statement of
Outstanding Claims for the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.  

Workers’ Compensation Adjuster III:                                             
                                            1991 – 1995
Processed claims from initial investigation to either closing, or to a finding
of permanency.  Established medical and indemnity benefits and evaluated each
claim for the possibility of medical management, vocational assistance, and/or
light duty placement.  Reviewed for possible subrogation and/or second injury
fund.
