Individually designed and implemented several databases to store Security Master
File data from different sources like Bloomberg, IDC, DTC, etc.
Developed several data load techniques using DTS, Active X, Mercator, ODBC, BCP,
and FTP to load data from Flat files and other databases.
Provided database administration across several SQL and Sybase Servers including
testing, backup and recovery, production conversion, security maintenance, and
connectivity products like ODBC, JDBC, etc.,
Individually designed, developed and implemented several critical stored
procedures using T-SQL and PL/SQL to perform ETL of data in the SMF
datawarehouse, which played a key role in success of investments team.
