Project Leader of an offshore team: the team started with 7 developers, and I
made it grow up to of 16 developers, working on checking bugs, developing new
features, integration testing, training new team members, etc.
As Project Leader I was in charge of setting up new teams, from interviewing
candidates, setting up project plans, road maps, work breakdown structures,
setting up metrics, status reports, and giving support to the team members.
Kernel development, Drivers for Windows: NT, WDM, WDF.
I developed software for the Clones Driver in C language.
Training for all the EMC storage systems, SAN, layered drivers, etc.
In charge of the SnapClones team.

In charge of design and implementation of a system to get the manufacturing
metrics in the plant.
Developed the system in Visual Basic. This system was very useful, since it has
saved a lot of time and work.

Participation in a special project for designing the General Packet Radio
Service network, used for Data Packet Communications within the cellular network.
TDMA, GSM standards. I introduced a new design methodology which resulted on a
quicker development with high quality as well.
Ι worked from January 2001 as Teleservices Systems Manager, in charge of
doing investigation and studies of new possibilities in Telecommunication
services as Short Message Services, 2nd and 3rd generation systems, giving advice
and consulting services to Ericssons Research and Development companies around
the world, as well as Ericssons clients as Telcel in Mexico, Cingular in U.S.A.
and AT&T Wireless in Canada.
