Major Accomplishments / Contributions: 

e-Learning Development & Project Management (SAS, Pharmaceutical Institute):

At SAS, our corporate training team was the driving force behind web-based 
e-Learning being adopted as a global training delivery solution for internal
customers (as part of a blended learning approach). We consistently delivered
high-quality and on-time products using Adobe Captivate. Project managed a team
that delivered over 100 e-Learning modules for proprietary software used
internally, including a sales force automation product with over 3000 users
worldwide. Worked collaboratively and effectively across a number of divisions
and departments, domestic and European.
I was also a working project manager on two SAS e-Learning projects for
primarily an external audience: Enterprise Miner 5.2 and a
demonstration/marketing piece to promote SAS e-Learning courses. 
At the Pharmaceutical Institute, developed more than five    process-oriented   

e-Learning courses within a six month period for Biotechnology and
Pharmaceutical companies.

Training, Coaching, Mentoring  *  Technical and Soft Skill (SAS, Apple Computer,
Vaco, Productivity Point International): 

Consistently recognized for excellence in training delivery using a blended
approach. Lead instructor and mentor for a range of training initiatives.
Accomplished instructor in a number of technical and non-technical areas
including proprietary Sales Force Automation software (SAS, Vaco, and
GlaxoSmithKline). Ability to quickly learn a company  's proprietary software and
to effectively transfer that knowledge to users through a blended learning
approach.

Print-Based Custom Technical Courseware Design & Development (SAS, Apple
Computer, Productivity Point International):

Accomplished courseware manager and developer. Over 50 courses developed and
customized for audiences, internal and external. Subject matter ranged from
proprietary to mainstream software and hardware products. At Productivity Point,
was promoted to Project Manager for learning initiatives which involved custom
solutions.

Public Speaking and Creative Presentation Creation (SAS, Apple Computer, Image
Associates):

Spoke at a number of Apple Computer area trade shows and new product roll-out
events. Was also involved in planning and executing several of the events.
Audience size ranged from 25  *  200+. Have created numerous professional
presentations. Developed and customized games for SAS Sales Training and Human
Resources using Microsoft PowerPoint: Who Wants to be a Millionaire and
Jeopardy.
