Project Manager/PMO – contract position

Daily activities include: preparing comprehensive, realistic project schedules,
reflecting detailed task breakdowns, milestones, dependencies, and available
resources; leading the project team to complete project tasks as scheduled;
conducting team meetings and internal customer conference calls to review project
status and progress updates; maintaining a log of project issues/resolutions and

scope, approximately 800 -1250 hours each; managed multiple projects.
Responsibilities for developing and designing training programs and reference
material that would help users to effectively use the Regulus remittance website
applications – which included:

Project managed the localization of software, documentation, and online help for
IAA’s web based products, as well as managed usability testing and reviews to
contribute the user experience with IAA services. Responsibilities included:

and external vendors and reviewers
•	Recruited translation companies/resources and reviewers; tracked budgets,
schedules, priorities and localization feedback

Began association as a Corporate Sales Trainer and progressed to Software

As a corporate sales trainer, skilled in facilitating corporate training
programs for employee and client groups of up to 50 participants.
Responsibilities included planning, creating and executing training programs and
techniques to territory coordinators, associates and clients; analyzing training
needs and facilitating both workshops and training programs for the sales force;

As a member of the software development team had hands-on responsibilities
