April 2008 – Present
Performed Unix system administration duties on Solaris (Sparc and X86_64) and
Red Hat Linux operating systems.  Duties include server builds utilizing
Jumpstart nad Kickstart technologies, user account administration, and server
hardening.  Maintain Sun Cluster High Availability architecture for critical
applications.  Architected a campus wide automated installation infrastructure
(Solaris Jumpstart).  Planned and implemented an enterprise wide Unix Operating
System Patching Process.

Server Administrator, Alphanumeric Systems, Charlotte, NC., February 2008 –
April 2008
As a contractor for UNC Charlotte, Performed system administration duties on
Solaris, and Red Hat Linux operating systems.  Duties included server builds,
user administration, and troubleshooting.  Provided systems support for
production BANNER servers and upgrades.  Provided planning and systems support
for the proposed Identity Management system.  Redesigned and standardized the
enterprise jumpstart server.

administration.  Wrote various UNIX BASH and Bourne shell scripts to probe
network backbone equipment and provide vital statistics about the availability
and responsiveness of the network.  Developed a trend analysis database using
Microsoft Access to track network health and disseminate findings to supervisors.
 Installed and configured Multi Router Traffic Grapher to provide a web-based
visual representation of network traffic statistics.
System Administrator, San Vito Air Station, Italy, May 1998-Aug 1998
Served as a remote system administrator for the Headquarters United States
European Command Joint Analysis Center’s Joint Defense Intelligence Support
Service.  Managed seven mission critical workstations and one server, the duties
of which included, user account management, operating system upgrades,
performance tuning, system backups, and restorations utilizing Sun Solaris and
SunOS.  Performed network and communication fault isolation and coordinated
