Recruitment
* Coordinated the applicant process, screened, and evaluated candidates against
job specifications, interfacing with managers on position requirements;

regulations throughout Departments. Facilitate corrective action and termination
meetings.
* Implementing formal and informal communication measures to ensure awareness
of key events and policies. (I.e. benefits administration, open enrollment, and
new benefit roll out.)
* Utilizing knowledge and experience of legal requirements on employee/job
related issues: EEO; ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.
* Assisted with special projects - Blood Drive Campaign, employee recognition,
Events Committee.
* Participate in unemployment hearings and appeals.
* Maintain an Open Door policy.
