Objective

I am looking to obtain long-term work with opportunities for advancement.  I
have over 10 years management experience in retail and the mental health field. 
I recently relocated from New York and I am looking for fulltime long-term
employment.  I am procedure orientated and believe you are only as good as your
people are.

Experience

Self Employed (Behavior Modification Specialist) Greenwich, CT  2002-Present
Provide private behavior modification sessions and social skills training for
children and adolescents.  Working in conjunction with the family or child's
psychologist or psychiatrist, I developed action plans to be implemented in the
household and school.  Provide parenting skills and strategy sessions as well.
Four Winds Hospital Katonah, NY                                 1998-2002
Patient Health Coordinator - I co-ran the children's partial outpatient unit.  I
ran daily operations, over saw my assistant and delegated task to my secretary,
and participated in patient treatment planning meetings.  Ran social skill groups
weekly, and coordinated with the on-site school for evaluations, insurance
updates and extensions.  Wrote patient reports and academic evaluations sent to
the patient's original school.
Banana Republic Westchester, NY                                 2000-2002
Operations Manager - Store Manager responsibilities along with tracking distract
sales and trends.  Reporting to the district manager on a daily basis.  Inventory
checks and loss prevention cross checks; the acquisition and release of
personnel.
Bed Bath & Beyond NY, NY                                        1997-2000
Bath Manger - Managed the bath department of the flagship store.  Over saw two
assistant managers and 22 employees.  Did all scheduling, personnel, and ordered
all inventory.  I was responsible for all inventory counts and sales numbers.
Blockbuster Video Bronx, NY                                     1993-1997
Store Manger - Run store daily operations. I handled all bank deposits, did all
scheduling and coordinated all floor moves.  I worked with local organizations
and community groups to promote sales. I had three assistant managers and 16
staff members.
