TEAM
STG provides extensive IT contract services across industry and government
sectors, worldwide. The complex financial systems for the U.S. Department of
State include all departmental operating budgets and payroll services for all
global departments and locations.
The Operations Team is responsible 24/7 for creating, managing, and maintaining
all aspects of job flow, control and execution utilizing extensive server-based
automated DOS scripts, batch job streams, and Oracle SQL queries for database
management and controls. . The server farms are part of an extensive
international Washington, D.C. centric network. All procedures and processes are
ISO/9000 compliant and audited.
Specific responsibilities included the following:
▪Monitored all job streams and command files to ensure error-free
operation. Errors and problem resolution was required in near real time to meet
overnight processing scheduling requirements.
▪Provided new scripts, SQL/database queries/change control modifications,
and enhancements per customer requests. This required extensive testing in the
development environment before migration to the production systems.
▪Development included highly complex DOS scripts and SQL query usage.

AVX is a global corporation providing active and passive electronic components

Within an Oracle 9 database and .Net programming environment, worked closely and
provided Joint Application Development services with engineering and plant

real-time production operations. Developed middleware to integrate systems with
the corporate mainframe.
Process operations included multiple metal plating (gold, nickel) lines, quality
control, product assembly machines; included work/shop order information
management and real-time reporting. Systems included direct interface/integration
with production machine process control computers.
Provided daily (7-day) support of systems and automated job streams for local
and foreign (Malaysia/El Salvador) operations. Included job stream
change/modify/support to maintain database synchronization at all company
locations.

National Diagnostic Incorporated is a leading provider of employee screening
services for all industry sectors. NDI information systems are responsible for
properly managing and communicating laboratory test results for customers via
browser-based applications and using SQL databases. Testing results are
confidentiality and accuracy are absolutely essential. Responsibilities and
contributions include:
▪Provide systems analysis and research for problem resolution of
incomplete laboratory test results and information.
▪Utilize SQL/2000 and SQL Enterprise Manager for problem investigation and
determination.
▪Evaluate, test, and analyze system program coding (on the development
systems) in Visual Basic 6.0 as part of problem resolution.
