Responsible for designing, compiling, troubleshooting and
debugging everyday product changes and supporting existing
systems on the AS/400.
Experienced with report programs, update/maintenance
programs, inquiry programs and the ability to design
subfiles and utilize embedded SQL.
Third party software packages supported include Time &
Attendance (KRONOS), MRP (Infor/KBM), PkMS (Manhattan
Associates), and Financials (Infor/Infinium).
Developed monthly and yearly reporting processes to capture
inventory figures for auditing purposes. Data retrieved
from MRP & pick ticket management software systems.
Part of team responsible for making data files and programs
Y2K compliant.
Developed invoicing process that takes shipping figures from
our pick ticket management system (PkMS – Manhattan
Associates) and updates our MRP system (Infor/KBM),
relieving processed quantities while incrementing shipped
totals. Process also feeds sales figures into A/R system
(Infor/Infinium) and EDI generation software
(TrustedLink/Inovis) for transmission to customer. EDI
documents generated include the 211-Motor Carrier Bill of
Lading, 215-Motor Carrier Pick-up Manifest, 810-Invoice and
856-(Advance) Ship Notice (ASN).
KRONOS Time & Attendance (iSeries Central) software package.
• Key member of the implementation team.
• Administrator responsible for performing upgrades
and making programming enhancements for users.
• Developed interface to feed ADP payroll provider.
• Developed performance based subsystem for
calculating incentive payments for manufacturing
employees based on production volumes and the
department they work in. Results feed into payroll
through the Time & Attendance software.
• Developed nightly process to update employee master
information in KRONOS with employee information from
the payroll system (prior to ADP).
• Developed program for Human Resources department to
generate bar codes containing employee ID’s which
are applied to badges for purposes of swiping at the
time clocks.

Had previously used remote access to systems at corporate

Solely responsible for migrating payroll, benefits and

A/P, O/E and A/R systems which were taken and modified from
other Mark IV subsidiaries.

As the only on site IT staff I was responsible for nightly
