HR Generalist responsible for employee relations, benefits administration, 401k
Plan Administrator, payroll issues, job description updates and development, job
ads, recruitment, interviews and/or phone screens, hiring, new employee
orientations, performance feedback, performance issues, compensation data
analysis - market review, terminations, and any other matters related to human
resources. Support approximately 100 employees in HR matters. Utilize Eservices
or HR Online system through Paychex and utilize Preview system for payroll. Work
directly with a benefits company in Canada for our small MANA Canada group
supporting them as stated above. Utilize SelectPath and Industrial Alliance
websites for Canada benefits and RRSP (401k equivalent). Direct supervision of

responsibilities encompassing the following: assisted with relocation of
corporate office from New York to Raleigh, NC; involved in termination of non-Key
personnel in New York and administered severance packages; followed through on
severance packages - payment, health coverage, employee relations; Office
Management - handled furniture, equipment and files moved from NY to NC in April
2005 and handled equipment and files moved from Arizona Operations office to NC
office in September 2005. Oversee smooth operations in new corporate office;

- fleet of approximately 22-25 vehicles; established program, established
relationships with some auto makers and negotiated incentives with Ford and
Chrysler; leased vehicles through Emkay leasing company, worked with employees to
spec out vehicles, ordered vehicles, and worked with Emkay on logistics to get
vehicles delivered to employees around the country. Direct supervision of
receptionist and temps.

following: coordinating office moves, ordering of office furniture to standardize
offices and cubicles, and facility space coordination. Scheduling of Core Team
Calendar events, Leadership coaching and Development Programs, and planning
meetings using Outlook 2003; arrange catering, acquisition of company vehicles,
budget input and tracking; handling and tracking of charitable contributions
ensuring we stay within budget; scheduling appointments; arranging travel; review
and proof documents, attend meetings and take minutes/action items as required.
Reconcile American Express corporate account and Petty Cash monies for submission
to AP. Create monthly calendar for coverage at front desk for breaks, lunches and
other, and ensure smooth operations at front desk. Manage staff of four
administrative personnel and ensure cross training of team members. Provide
support to Noël Group, LLC CEO, CFO and VP of Corporate Development. Noël Group
is parent company of Nomaco Inc. Arrange and coordinate Noël Group Advisory Board
meetings to include preparation of presentations, airport pick ups, hotel
reservations for European board members, dinners, etc. Transmit electronically or
send in hardcopy form the shareholder packages, minutes from any shareholder
meetings and any other correspondence required. Office equipment review and
acquisition - copiers, faxes, postage machine, printers, etc. Liaison to Chambers
of Commerce (Zebulon and Raleigh), East Wake Academy charter school, and other
community organizations. Compose letters, presentations, spreadsheets and other
in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Senior Executive Administrator assisting President, CFO, VP of Operations, CEO
and other executive management personnel. Provided support to Owner -
transcribing letters, all arrangements for board meetings and any other
requirements. Responsibilities included many of the duties listed above. Created
Manual for position and continually update. United Way Campaign manager for four
years raising over $25,000 in one year's campaign.

Administrative Assistant to President of UEC (same manager at Booth &
Associates), a new consulting engineering firm whose client base is rural
electric cooperatives and municipalities. Responsibilities included office
administration and typing support for 11 people, e.g., proposals, specifications
and contracts, reports, etc., answering phones, and all front desk/reception
duties. Created a company database of clients, contractors and vendors, and a UEC
Projects database in MS Access. Created an Administrative Procedures manual for
company. Set up personnel experience lists to incorporate into proposal
submittals. Set up and maintained company filing system and forms. Maintain a
calendar of employees' travel, meetings, vacation schedules and for tracking
proposal due dates, bid openings, seminars and conferences. Make travel
arrangements, handle UPS account, order supplies for office and responsible for
copier and fax machine. At start-up of firm, prepared manual invoices, performed
accounts payable/receivable duties, payroll and took care of checkbook ledger
until Accounting personnel were hired.
