			This is a medical transcription company and I work from home assigning
			work to the transcriptionists and then proof the work and upload to the
clinics.
			I also communicate via email or phone with the transcriptionists about the
				quality of their work and if a file is late.  I also communicate with the
clinics 			and resolve any problems.

			Neurological Center	Gastonia, NC	Office Manager    08/1988 to 10/2001
			I was the office manager of a five doctor specialty clinic and handle all
				aspects of running a medical office as well as HR issues.  The primary
doctor
			Retired and the other doctors left the practice.


I am very organized and am a self-starter.  I have been working from home for
about eight years now and am very good with time management.  I am very
interested in a part-time job with you company.
