- Technical  Providing leadership to team of ten staff on Systems Development
Lifecycle and security procedure adherence and project management skills in
several large-scale projects for call center inquiry systems:  correspondence
control using internally developed applications migrated to Siebel CRM system,
IVR/CTI integration with Genesys and Siebel platforms, mainframe subsystems and
components.  Also responsible for managing code development and implementation of
enhancements and production issues of external secured web site for members.
Participated in design of Universal Content Management (UCM) system for multiple

E-commerce Implementation Trainer - Professional Education Delivered over twenty
training sessions to partners and staff on e-commerce technologies utilizing
Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, Active Server Pages, Site Server and Commerce
Server, SQL 6.5 and 7.0, calling COM objects with VBScript and JScript, and
integration with the eEnterprise financial system. Also taught concepts of
Internet security using Secure Sockets Layer and digital certificates. Received
training on Great Plains BDX platform on developing COM+ objects by integrating
the business object layer with the data access layer and applying XML templates
by using XSL to extract data. Developed new curriculum for release updates,
scheduled training sessions, and co-trained other instructors.

Set up web site containing information on using the World Wide Web for
instructional use used by university faculty and staff. Specified, evaluated and
purchased or managed development of web-related software. Assisted in hiring
process and coordinated workload for twelve other assistants. Evaluated and
recommended standard procedures for instructors to use web server accounts,
documented file system setup and wrote progress reports. Wrote press releases and
articles concerning the project, constructed surveys and published results.
