WORK EXPERIENCE
June 2005-March 2008 - IHOP (International House of Pancakes) Omaha Ne, and
Lavista Ne. Starting position was a server.  Jan 2006 was promoted to a Crew
Chief and managed the stores as needed.  March 2007 was promoted to General
Manager and transferred to the North 72nd Street IHOP location.  Responsibilities
included run and maintain the entire store. Oversee all employees including
scheduling of employees. I was also responsible for the truck orders to maintain
supplies and food for the upcoming week. I learned every aspect of the job from
serving, cooking, managing and overseeing the responsibilities of the store. I am
responsible for the health inspection level going up two grades. 
May 2003-June 2005 - Homemaker, had a baby in Jan of 2004, and continued to stay
home and take care of my 3 children.
May 2002-May 2003 - Homemaker, stayed at home to take care of my 2 small
children.  Worked part time for Cig & snack outlet in Bellevue.
Sept. 2000-May 2002 - IHOP (International House of Pancakes) Bellevue, Ne. Was
hired as a server then promoted to Crew Chief/graveyard Shift Manager.
Responsibilities included: Keeping customers happy by greeting, seating, taking
orders and delivering of food. As crew chief manager: ran my own crew (including
servers, combos and cooks), ran the cash drawer and balanced it before end of
shift. Was also responsible for maintaining the store and keeping it clean for
all satisfaction and shift change.
Nov. 1998-Sept. 2000 - Noll Human Resource Services Omaha, Ne Was hired to do
clerical work.  Was sent to companies all around Omaha through their temporary
service. Companies and jobs are as follows: Commercial Federal Bank – IRA
department: Did a lot of computer filing, took information and scanned it for
mistakes.
Commercial Federal Bank – Accounting department: Did data entry of spread sheets
to compute account balances.  Oasis – Was sent to play video games for a vender.
Was to count all the games played and watch for any mistakes.  Ameritrade –
Update Department: Updated accounts according to letters, faxes or phone calls
made to us.
Oct. 1999-June 2000 Name Brand Clothing Omaha, Ne Customer Service:
Responsibilities were handling the cash drawer, counting drawer, packing old
merchandise and stocking new merchandise. 
Mar.1999-May 2002 Staff Mid-America Omaha, Ne   did clerical and data entry
work.  Was sent to A.C. Nelson to do advertising checks.  Job consisted of
looking over newspaper advertisements to determine the quality of the product and
to determine what type of advertisement it was.
Jan. 1999-Aug.1999 Mid-State Electronics LaVista, Ne   Office manager and
secretary: Responsibilities were to take and route incoming calls. Worked with
phone line systems, counted customer service drawer daily, did book keeping, data
entry, shipping and receiving logs, and other duties as assigned. Was also
responsible for the petty cash box.
Aug.1997-Nov. 1998 Homemaker Bellevue, Ne Stayed home to take care of my son.
Worked part-time for Highland Country Club and Georgetown Country Club.  Sat and
waited tables for large weddings and various other parties.
June 1996-Aug. 1997 First Data Resources Omaha, Ne Authorization Associate: Took
incoming calls from merchants to authorize credit card charges. Required data
entry and outbound calls to banks.
Feb.1994-March 1996 Info USA/American Business Information Ralston, Ne   Data
Entry Clerk: Responsibilities included updating information in the computer from
the yellow pages from all over the United States.
June 1993-Feb. 1994 Sbarros Pizza Omaha, Ne   Customer Service: Preparing and
making food, running cash register, and opening and closing of store.
