paid on quarterly basis. Regarding frozen cost the cost will be calculated for
each item based on standard cost/freight out/distribution/warranty along with
some labor/overhead variance percentage.

This project related to the Vendor Analysis & Purchase Order Creation
application on JD Edwards. The process involves interfaces between the AS/400
and the PC. As an overview of this application, the Vendor Analysis file is
created on AS/400, transferred to the PC and automatically formatted into MS
Excel. Buyers can review the excel file and make any necessary modifications.
The reviewed Excel file will then be transferred from the PC to the AS/400 using
a menu option. The process on AS/400 will update Vendor analysis files and
create Purchase orders.

This project involves moving of external warehouse to corporate warehouse. This
will include generation of shippable orders report by sorting according to
customer need thus forming a shipping group, and assigning a batch to each of
this group according to user selection. This will differentiate between manual
and carousel picks so that orders can be packed and shipped in respective places.
In brief rewriting of OB0085, OB0086 and OB0087 programs along with other
programs and reports that will interact with these programs. This includes the
extensive use of open query files and a lot of tricky RPG programming.
Responsible for design, development and testing of whole system, modification,
and enhancements to existing programs.
