Selected Accomplishments:
 *  Development and maintenance of all Personal Markets SharePoint sites.
Environment encompasses Personal Market business and IT areas. Currently

o Customization of web parts
o Setup of site, and secure content, security access groups
o General maintenance requests for site enhancements
o Site taxonomy and delivery of enhancements to current site templates

Responsible for providing project team lead activities for the Production
Support and Business to Business (B2B) team.

Selected Accomplishments:
 *  Manage all aspects of small to medium departmental projects (LDAP F5, ACU
Support Citrix server implementation, B2B High Availability, B2B Active/Active.
Projects vary in scope and duration.
 *  Receive and assign B2B implementation requests to developers. Follow up with
project contact for missing implementation information (project code, document
security, and customer information).
 *  Create and maintain eRoom databases to support daily operations of B2B team.
(Market implementation status, LDAP production and test ID/Passwords,
Pre-deployment checklist).

Principle Software Engineer  *  ACU Human Factors (Feb. 1998-December 2005)
Provided usability analysis and user experience recommendations for
internally-developed, and vendor selected, applications used at Liberty Mutual. 

Selected Accomplishments:
 *  Assisted in redesign of Liberty Mutual  's IT Home page (currently in use).
 *  Acted as departmental representative for requirements gathering of
vendor-purchased product providing project portfolio management tools (PlanIT).
Participated as core team member, representing end-user usage and review of
in-house training course. 
 *  Repeatedly provided usability analysis and front-end screen designs for the
National Market Safety and Health, and Loss Prevention web-based applications.
 *  Implemented vendor-based usability repository (GUIguide) within Liberty
Mutual. Customized content to reflect Liberty Mutual best practices and findings
gathered from internal usability tests.
