Liberty Mutual Project Lead
Solely responsible: for the full life cycle development of the Canadian Agents
Compensation System. Implemented eight DB2 tables and three VSAM files with
several alternate indices to process over 4 million policies to calculate new
rates for Canadian Agents on a quarterly basis. Solely responsible for developing
the balancing standards.
· As a Project Lead, Designed, built and implemented a new Agents Compensation
system with new databases to update on a weekly basis the latest bank rates for
payment to insurance agents.
· Designed, built and implemented a new quarterly system to calculate Agents’
quarterly bonuses based on statistical analysis of past performance.
· Designed and built eight DB2 tables to hold the data and an easy to use job to
fetch and report the data. Resulted in an extremely efficient and user friendly
system that was up and ready in just a few months.
