•14 years experience as a Windows Domain Administrator, Citrix Administrator,
and Network Security Specialist in an NT4, Win2000/2003 Citrix environment
supporting 6000+ end users locally and offsite. Managed Level II Desktop
Administrators and help desk personnel in support of Windows 2000, XP, and Vista
Rollouts, supporting end users with specific peripheral driver installations and
troubleshooting specific update related issues. Configured and managed Operating
System images with Office 2003 installed and updated images as needed related to
seat rollouts.

Clustering on Web-Servers, MS SQL Servers (2000 to 2005 upgrades), manage Print
Servers’ print shares and queues, set security (hardening) on all network assets

DOS troubleshooting commands and various network tools.

•Direct POC for a WinWare CribMaster Tool Vending Systems. Configure numerous
Touch Screen Vending Machines in different site locations networked via an
Application Server, thereby eliminating the need for Crib Attendants saving the
Government both time and money. Maintain backup images for different hardware
Crib Vending Units.
•Independently responsible for scanning Navy DOD Windows network using tools
such as Retina, Hercules, HFNetCheck Pro - Shavlik, Gold Disk, STIGS, apply
critical patches, Hot-fixes/patches, and Government Information Assurance

distributed through GPO Active Directory.
•Configure and administer Navy ACSS Security Badge swipe system on I-Secure Pro.
Migrated the system to C-Cure 9000 with (DR) using Double Take Software with a
MS SQL 2005 Database on a Mirrored Net App Storage System. Saved the Government
over 270k annually by investigating issued badge costs with a high turnover rate
and reduced frequent badge issues, renewals, and reissues from over six dollars a
badge to less than 2 dollars.

non-detectable wireless networks. Setup and configure static VPN’s (Virtual
