Dev., QA, and Production environment with a very tight timeline and budget
representing cost savings over $1 million. Managed 3 virtual teams located
globally.
* Managed a web Promotional Tool for Home Depot Channel Organization which
incorporated promotional inputs from sales reps who resided in different parts of
the country. And the tool also contributed in synchronizing sales data to back
office data and used by the Planning group as forecasting tool representing cost
savings over $2 million and an improvement in process as well as an increase in
productivity.
* Led the development and rollout of Lead Management System that supported Sales
and Marketing organizations. Contributed to National Account Penetration increase
from 35% - 40% - representing over $10 million in sales for year 2002.
