Deloitte Audit is an effort undertaken by the firm to re-define the auditing
business processes, reorganize and adopt efficient systems to achieve the

Bank of America serves 98% of the U.S. Fortune 500 and one in three midsized to
large companies, and has offices across the U.S. and in more than 20 countries
around the world. After more than five years of intense work, the world’s top
central bankers approved the Basel II capital adequacy framework in June 2004. 
The goal of Basel II is to align regulatory capital more closely with banks’
market, credit, and operational risks.  While the definition of capital (Tier I
and Tier II) is largely unchanged, the Accord framework provides a menu of
approaches that the banks may utilize to determine their risk weighted assets
(RWA).  The Accord also leaves minimum capital adequacy standards at current
levels. Basel II Implementation and Planning is not a regular SDLC type of
project.. The Bank has established a data sourcing strategy for approximately 800
identified attributes/elements needed in support of Basel II data requirements
for wholesale, retail, and other exposures. Within regulatory reporting, the
Basel II calculation and reporting process entails the extraction of data from
the Bank’s Teradata environment (i.e. the Basel II Views) into the SunGard ETL
tool DataManager which prepares the data to be processed by the capital
calculation engie, SunGard Capital Manager  The process within Regulatory
Reporting requires validation of the key data elements contained in the different
Basel II views.  The Basel II data related validation activities should enable
Basel II capital production and reporting in a compliant manner.

Project Independence (PI) is initiative to implement Siebel CRM, Oracle ERP and
interface the applications with over 11 legacy applications for one of its large
client. Client has given 5 years maintenance support to offshore- India. Siebel
is the primary application for the Quotes and it was seamlessly integrated with
other applications Oracle, SAP for Order process and maintenance of Accounts and
Products using the TIBCO middleware. Initially the application was present in
Siebel 7.0.4 and supported Americas, Europe, Japan, Korea & China with different
Instances and was then upgraded to Siebel 7.7.2 and Oracle 9i. Later all the
above Siebel instances consolidated into one to support all in one.


Responsibility:
•	Involved in preparation and review of test plan, test strategy and test
cases.
•	Involved in Preparing Knowledge Transfer documents and imparting the same to
the Offshore  Team.

is an ECRM Project. It deals with the 360 degree view of the relations of Honda
with its Customers, Dealers and Products i.e. maintaining and tracking all the
related information starting from a brochure request by the consumer for a
product to the sale of the product and its service and warranty. It also tracks
the reselling of Products and further maintains track of the New Owner, hence
completing the 360 degree view. The main goal of the application is to Build an
enterprise wide customer data management system for American Honda    Motors.
This system will maintain the transactional data related to Honda’s customers and
serve the entire enterprise. Build a high-performing and highly flexible system
that will provide real time as well as batch access to the customer data

This project was for Deloitte Mumbai SEPG Group. This System was build to cater
to the requirements of Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) team Mumbai used
in the CMM level 5 assessment of the Mumbai delivery center. 
The system included various sub-systems each performing specific activities at
different Stages of software development life cycle. It begins with defining
processes at the organizational level Which are then tailored as per the project
requirements. A sub-system that would capture the entire project plan including a
detail work break down structure to implement the same and a sub-system that will
help to track a projects actual progress against the project plan. There are
sub-systems each for other umbrella activities such as defect software
configuration management, software quality assurance, issue tracking system,
defect tracking system, suggestion handing system, training management, meeting
and communication management are also implemented which help us to adhere to the
