•Assisted hospital CEO in managing a 146-bed not-for-profit community hospital.
•Provided support for all clinical and administrative departments.
•Routinely met with senior-level administrators and participated in executive
leadership team meetings discussing organizational issues and took part in
problem solving.
•Created a Project Management (PM) Culture to help maintain the Hospital’s
competitive advantage and to deliver projects on time and within budget.
•Participated in an Emergency Department (ED) process improvement initiative
focusing on getting patients to a bed on the inpatient floors from the ED quickly

•Created a comprehensive presentation for the senior team on the Hospital’s

and to reduce costs.
