SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
Over fifteen years experience in Information Technology  roles. Recently, three
years experience as the Lead Systems Administrator for Commerce Bank’s Teller and
Platform technologies team. Performed implementation planning, database
maintenance, designed load testing scenarios for performance quality assurance,
created server builds for one of the most high profile projects at Commerce Bank.
The project involved upgrading over 500 sites to ASP .Net and SQL Server 2000
technology. An additional four years experience providing pre-sales support,
quality assurance management, and project management tasks as the Manager of
Implementation at SQN Banking Systems.  Performed and managed quality assurance
for core systems. Eight years experience as Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer,
designing Fraud Detection Systems for the banking industry.

Commerce Bank, Mt. Laurel, NJ 
Implemented, load tested, installed/configured Browser base teller system for
over 500 stores. 
Managed and supported load and functional testing scenarios. Performed project
planning and gave direction for new software releases. Created and managed all
SMS and MOM processes.  Microsoft and Application patch management.
Troubleshooting with IIS, SQL Profiler, and Ethereal. Managed vendor
relationships for the teller software and its complex interfaces to CICS, MQ,
check imaging and fraud detection applications.
