•	Designs, develops and maintains CMS (Client Management System) – a
company-wide data-sharing and –mining platform. CMS is a VB 6.0 app designed to
connect to the HFG Databases and OLAP Data Warehouse (originally in SQL Server
2000, upgraded to 2005). The app’s flexible design allows users to view
information in list and detail forms, and to display related information items
with great ease. The app reads the DB structures and constructs the data form
accordingly. CMS also links to the Active Directory groups to display and assign
users wherever this is required in the data tables.
•	The scope of CMS includes tracking of Clients from the Prospect stage
(Marketing), through the active stages: (AR Tracking and monthly roll-forwards),
and closing.
•	Designs, programs and maintains the HFG Intranet – an ASP / SQL Server
Intranet app, running under IIS.
•	Authors and maintains the CMS HTML Help Files.
•	Develops and administers the CMS (OLTP) and CMS Data Warehouse (OLAP)
databases. Designs and processes the data cubes. Develops MDX queries to the
cubes for use in CMS and the HFG Intranet.
•	Develops C# code in Visual Studio 2005 to parse client data files.
•	Develops reports in SQL Reporting Services.
•	Develops DTS and SSIS packages to preprocess (parse) raw client data,
converting the data for use in CMS.
•	Develops and modifies new and legacy apps as needed.

•	“Project Alerts”: an app running as a DTS-scheduled job that informs IS
personnel of new tasks assigned via the Project Manager application. The alerts
are sent via email, using GroupWise e-mail automation in VB 6.0
•	“Training Scheduler”: an n-tier VB / SQL Server 2000 application for the
scheduling of Resident and Attending Physician training classes in the various
hospital IS systems.
•	“Training Sign-up”: an ASP application that allows Residents and Attending
Physicians to sign up for training classes on-line through the NYHHC Intranet.

•	Led the design of the Global Conversion Process DB (MS/SQL 7.0)
•	Developed 6 of the 10 software tools necessary for the Data Conversion
Process. (VB, VBA, VBScript, Transact/SQL).

the global migration of ABN-AMRO from Windows 98/NT to Window XP.

Design, Development and Maintenance of n-tier Financial applications (VB 6.0,

•	Maintained Client Management app used for Client input & Loans processing
according to changing loan parameters as defined by the Commercial Area.
•	In charge of the full life cycle: design, coding, testing, and implementation
of n-tier app used by the Legal department to process defaulted loans. This
project included extensive development and re-engineering in VB and PL-SQL: all
necessary RDBS back-end table scripts, trigger and stored procedures.

•	Developed additional functionality in Client app to handle new Banking

“investment” product in Latin America), as well as Portfolio Accounting
(calculating Net Capital G&L, Ending Cash Balances, etc.) for the Clients’
investment portfolio. This module was fed by a variety of SQL Stored procedures
and COBOL programs which provided the accounting data.
•	Maintained and Developed new functionality for Administrator, an app that
handled the input, maintenance and transmission of the core business entity
tables (i.e.: branches, commercial and geographic regions and various global
parameters between the Home office and remote branch DB servers nationwide)
•	Reported, demonstrated, documented, and presented work using Microsoft Office
Products (Excel, Project, Word).
•	Design, coding, testing and implementation of currency conversion tables and
major reprogramming of all apps during Argentina’s 2002 economic crisis.
•	Maintained and developed additional functionality for Intranet Management
Module (an ASP/ VBScript Intranet app used by Bank Management to oversee all
