MANAGEMENT SUMMARY   A corporate entrepreneur, using many tangible strategies,

Ms. Vocia is comfortable with all types of staff meetings, negotiating contracts
and supervising and meeting with all types of vendors, attending meetings and
negotiations with all types of professionals such as accountants, lawyers and
marketing firms.
SKILLS WITH COMPANIES AND STRATEGIC PLANNING   Using well tested business acumen

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPERIENCE   Real Estate:  Phila is currently an
active, licensed New Jersey Realtor.  As an investor, she general-contacted two
custom homes, owned and sold 5 rental properties.  Legal:  Has trained knowledge
at the paralegal level. Today is a busy executive.  The company is now dormant,
Phila envisioned, incorporated and still, as President and CEO, administrates
Bright Dollars, Inc. since 1998 which can import and distributes children’s toys
or other merchandise.  After importing two orders from China, she began to sell
other children’s lines as well.  She also founded the still functioning national
non-partisan (501C3) non-profit organization, Arena Service Core in 1992 doing
research in children’s and adult’s motivational programs.  For the past 35 years
she has worked for a variety of direct sales marketing organizations and designed
the operations for 3 direct marketing companies.  Her participation with
AmeriPlan, a wellness corporation as a member/representative, extends her
business reach into the United States corporate sector.  Today Phila is producing
a television show Pictoblast and is providing jobs with her design of the home
based business Pictomoney.   
     Phila first used computers in the automotive after-market industry in 1983
and has been using them in design and production ever since.  Ms. Vocia has been
employed in the work force since 1970.   She has also worked as a secretary and a
loan officer and has held various clerical, sales and temporary jobs in the
business sector, making her knowledge valuable since she has had experience at
every level in the corporate setting and the private sector which translates and
transfers solutions to many different industries.  Phila worked for Bathfitters,
Inc. for 3 months as a lead generator in a local shopping mall in 2008 then left
when the hours were shortened.
EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION   Ms. Vocia earned an Associate of Arts Degree from
Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing, NJ in 1983.  She graduated with
a Certified Paralegal Certificate from the Paralegal Institute of New Jersey in
1983 and is a licensed New Jersey Realtor.  
INTERNATIONAL ASPECTS   She is eager to attend publicity and fundraising events.

the world charm of architecture, libraries and museums or the modern arenas of
