• Provide desk side support for over 200 users on Windows XP, Vista, Macs OS X
• Daily support with printer issues, citrix server failures and other system
related issues. Install hardware and software. Maintain video conferencing &
audio equipment, setup board meetings, large conferences with our firm members,
setup bond school training classes. Test and maintain system upgrades.
• Administer user settings on the Siemens Hi Path 4000 PBS System. Setup voip
phones on the switch, modify user settings and customize for certain groups.
Troubleshoot Outlook 2003, Word, Excel, and other business application.
• Provide support for blackberries and other Windows Mobile devices on the Bes
server. Create blackberry accounts, server maintenance and upgrades. Troubleshoot

user rights in active directory.
• Tape backups and restores on the fileserver. Rename or delete user home
directories and profiles. Configure wireless and Bluetooth connections, Monitor
and configure user secure id tokens for remote login.
• Setup Act for Web 9.0 on the server so users could share database. Applied
patches and upgrades as necessary. Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix Presentation
Server. Patch cables on Cisco and HP routers.
