Ministry of Sports & Youth – Beirut, Lebanon
• Middle & Long Distance Running: Coach for the National Team. Report monthly to
the Ministry of Sports & Youth Director of Athletics.
• Direct all the training sessions and prepare the programs including the
different phases of a year’s schedule (training camps, competitions…).
• Qualified 8 out of 10 runners in the National Cross-Country Team (1999).
• Qualified 4 out of 6 runners to represent Lebanon in the International
competitions (1999)

1985 to 2000: Head of Sports Dept. at L’orient-Le Jour.
L’Orient – Le Jour is the only French Newspaper in Lebanon.
I had to translate most of the news I received from Reuters, AP & UPI 
I also had to translate the local Arabic news Agencies to French.
I was responsible of 5 other journalists who had to report to me all the
articles. 

1980 to 1998: Director of Sports Department

• Manager of the teaching team (16 employees) for the academic sports lessons

• National Colleges Cross-Country Champion for several years (1987-1988,
