	Team member in the development of a new fee structure for  the 529b
College Saving Account system. System designed and developed to support new 529b
College Savings accounts for the state of Maine. System was supported over
300,000 accounts within its first 2 years of implementation.

	Responsible for the core batch system including production support and
development of modifications to the system producing error-free applications.
	Project lead for the cost saving initiatives for the Retirement area.
Reduced area cost by eliminating unnecessary processes and enhancing optimized
other processes to reduce cost.
	Project lead for the introduction and training of TATA development
personnel. Assisted in developing training material for future training

	Project leader (Domain Expert) for the Retirement Systems Y2K effort.
Overseeing the updating and changes to the various Retirement systems for the
transition for the Y2K project, including responsibility for the Retirement
master file which contained 3.5 million accounts.  
	Managed communication between the ML Retirement system and the
Millennium group for the conversion of all programs.
	Promoted and provided training of PC software Revolve and Mainframe
Express, a PC COBOL programming tool that greatly reduced man-hours spent
diagnosing and identifying program changes.  
	Project leader for the implementation of system to be placed in Endevor
version control product.
	Managed the support, maintenance and enhancement of all Retail
Retirement accounts (IRA, SEP, Basic, 403b etc.).

1993-1996 

	Converted and modified batch programs for the Retirement/Statements
area. Made major program and system enhancements to align the Retirement and
Statements systems with the needs and requirements of the Merrill Lynch
environment. 
	Developed systems in Micro Focus Cobol and allowing for mainframe
programs to function and operate in a PC environment in support of the above
systems.
